Received a reliable report that on the 21/11/2016 a dog flushed a Woodcock in the heather at Raw Nook nr. The sighting is interesting in that it could have been a migrant bird from the continent as it is a bit early for birds from neighbouring areas to visit the site.
This morning at the site there were 9 Lesser Redpolls feeding, 2 Jay, 3 Mistle Thrush and about 25 Redwings feeding.
