Despite several attempts I have not seen the Otter again at Toad Holes Beck suggesting the animal is passing through our area perhaps when the weather is harsh.
However, today a female Kingfisher was at the middle pond at the above site which was a welcome surprise. Also seen were a feeding flock of about 20 Redwing and 2 Siskin.
